Starting with the new insurance year*, TACT has raised your coverage for insurance claims on employment issues such as tenure, termination/resignation or even criminal/sexual misconduct to $10,000 per claim, per insured. As always, you still get educator's professional liability coverage up to $3 million per occurrence, $10,000 on identity theft and $5,000 on private instruction.
